Just because you can’t smell it, doesn’t mean it’s not there. Heel cracks are the secret enemy, they are unhealed remains of the ravages of thrush. They hold the bacteria deep inside causing other issues, and starting the thrush cycle all over again. The heels should be smooth and firm with a dimple not squishy with a crack.
